My name is Adam Ward, and I stand here today with a heavy heart as I share the sudden and unexpected passing of my beloved father, Calvin Ward. Many of you might know him as “Aqua Man” because his heart and soul were forever entwined with the calming waters of Madison, Wisconsin, where he found his true serenity.
My father was a man of simple pleasures, and nothing brought him more joy than spending time on the serene lakes, fishing rod in hand, watching the world go by. Despite the challenges life threw his way, he was a dedicated and loving father to five children, instilling in us the values of compassion, resilience, and laughter.
Tragedy has struck our family, leaving us with a tremendous financial burden. My father’s life insurance, which could have eased our worries, was scheduled to kick in a year from now, but we are now faced with immediate expenses that we are struggling to bear.
Preserving the legacy of aqua-man to raise funds for assisting my family in need of covering unforeseen expenses for Calvin Ward is our only priority at hand.
As his loving wife, my mother now shoulders the weight of covering the overwhelming expenses on her own. We come to you, dear friends and generous souls, in the hope that you can join us in preserving the legacy of Aqua Man and alleviating the financial strain that has befallen us.

Monthly House Mortgage: $2000 – Our family home, a place filled with cherished memories, is at risk of slipping away.
Cremation Services: $3000 – We want to honor his final wishes with a dignified farewell.
Monthly Car Notes (Two Vehicles): $1200 – Vital for transportation, as my mother still needs to commute for her work.
Car Insurance (Both Vehicles): $500 – To ensure that my mother remains mobile and self-sufficient.
Monthly Cost for Food: $1500 – Basic necessities that are now becoming difficult to afford.
Healthcare Expenses: $5000 – Accumulated medical bills from unforeseen circumstances.
The pain of losing my father is immense, but it is the cherished memories and the sound of his laughter that brings a smile to our faces. He had a wonderful sense of humor and always initiated water balloon fights at every family cookout. His laughter would echo through the air, filling our hearts with joy and love. We called him “Aqua Man” because he truly loved water, but we also named him that because he was the anchor of our family – providing us stability, love, and support.
